Missis organised today

Rice on ready for this evenings meal. I'm cooking Slimming World Chinese and one of the dishes is chicken fried rice & it's important to use cold cooked rice to get best results.

Also in the slow cooker I have joint of beef slowly cooking (prob 12 hours) with a sauce of beef stock, Worcester sauce, pepper & white wine vinegar. 

Whizzed up some eggs for a quick scrambled eggs breakfast then lunch will be jacket potato, salad & ham
