Roast dinner in a flash!

This is the beef brisket that I cooked for 10 hours in the slow cooker now all sliced with the onion gravy poured over. Each portion is aprox 1 syn each due to the Bisto which I used to thicken the gravy. These will go in the freezer for now and are ready to reheat in the oven for aprox 45 mins. Easy roast dinner without the hassle and only cost £4.20!
